Dion Sadler

Dip. in Business, Dip. in Management, Grad. Cert. in Business (I.T. and Finance), MBA (Accounting, Finance & I.T.), AMA (Associate Management Accountant – ICMA).

Dion has 20+ years of banking experience. He has worked in Retail Banking early on, in Compliance Review roles (Interest Rate Derivative sales reviews) for a few years in the UK, and a brief stint as a Finance Manager for a project services company. The majority of Dion’s career however has been spent working in Business, Commercial and Corporate banking, both in Analyst and Relationship Manager roles.

Whilst much of his career has been spent in Auckland, he has also spent several years working in Sydney and in London.

During this time, he has reviewed, analysed, and advised to thousands of businesses of all sizes and types, both here and overseas, and has developed a global reach of business contacts. 

These experiences have led him to become an expert in identifying and managing business risk.

During his career he has developed a breadth of insights for what good businesses have in common, and equally for what less successful businesses have in common.
