Processing of debtor invoices
Invoicing (preparing and sending to clients).
Maintaining accounts receivable (payment chasing, prepare statements)
Reconciliation of accounts - both AR / AP

Prepare GST returns
Assist with submission of GST returns

Xero training.
Generate reports and develop processes to assist with reporting.
Assist with any new projects you may you may be working on.
Assist with integration between new programmes and other systems.
Review existing processes and systems.
Work with you to refine and improve existing process.

We can also assist with annual Companies Office returns;
And any other Companies Office related maintenance and reporting.
