If you decide you no longer require our services, we only require 2 months notice.

Your business needs will change from month-to-month, and with us you only pay for the work you need us to do.

We offer a personalised service, where you’ll get to know the S&A Associate(s) who will be working with you.

  • We will work with you and your Accountants. We’ll take the pressure off you for any and all matters relating to:

    • Accounts Reconciliations

    • Debtors & Creditors

    • GST returns

    • Invoicing

    • Payroll

    • Systems and Processes

    • Training with Xero and other systems

    • General administration duties.

    • Client Relations and Customer Support Services.

    • Assisting with month-end reconciliations.

    • Assisting with other accounting and administrative projects as required.

    • Assisting in payroll management and processing.

    • Processing of debtor invoices

    • Invoicing (preparing and sending to clients).

    • Maintaining accounts receivable (payment chasing, prepare statements)

    • Reconciliation of accounts - both AR / AP

    • Prepare GST returns

    • Assist with submission of GST returns

    • Xero training.

    • Generate reports and develop processes to assist with reporting.

    • Assist with any new projects you may you may be working on.

    • Assist with integration between new programmes and other systems.

    • Review existing processes and systems.

    • Work with you to refine and improve existing process.

    • We can help with setting up a new company via the Companies Office.

    • We can also assist with annual Companies Office returns;

    • And any other Companies Office related maintenance and reporting.
