Prior to joining SB Property Services and Sadler & Associates, Nicole spent several years with leading law firm Russell McVeagh, where she managed IT governance functions, coordinated business-critical projects, and supported operational planning across the wider IT team. Her experience includes budgeting, vendor management, process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder coordination — giving her a well-rounded understanding of how businesses operate effectively day-to-day.
