Soft Close Drawer repair

The front panel of the draw had come away from the draw mechanism.

At first glance, the draw did appear to be faulty or broken.

Upon further investigation however, it became apparent that problem was caused by an adjustment leaver that had popped out of alignment.

With the help of a phillips screwdriver and bit of force, the running mechanism and the front panel were pulled back into position on the first visit.

We don’t typically charge for the initial visit, and so the draw was fixed on the spot, and it didn’t cost the client a cent.
