The home owners were elderly individuals, and they were no longer able to keep up the maintenance of their home or of the surrounding property.
The house had become run-down and the yard and gardens were overgrown.
The owners’ required that the property be prepared for sale, so that they could downsize.
Remedial works we undertook included:
fully renovated kitchen (incl.: new cabinets, appliances, and benchtop)
fully renovated main and ensuite bathrooms
installation of additional third bathroom downstairs (incl.: new shower, basin, toilet and pumping facility)
new bamboo flooring throughout the living areas
full internal repaint throughout the 300m2 interior of the home
complete rebuilding of both front and rear decks
construction on new front fence
extensive clearing of surrounding gardens and yard areas
house washing, and roof & gutter cleaning
supply & spreading of new driveway stones
We also liaised with the owner’s chosen real-estate professionals, to ensure that all completed works would align with the likely preferences of potential purchasers.
